Workshops

Canine Fitness and
Conditioning Workshops

Canine Rebalance and Alex Collins of Flexidog Therapy combine together to offer Fitness & Conditioning Workshops.

These Workshops are held annually (at the moment) during the winter months and consist of 6 sessions across 6 months.

These workshops attract owners and their dogs from many different backgrounds, from sporting dogs; Agility, Flyball, Canicross, to pet dogs needing to improve their strength and proprioception.

These workshops aim to improve your dogs:

  • Balance and Stabilisation
  • Body Awareness
  • Proprioception
  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Power

Safety, comfort and wellbeing is paramount to the success of your dog succeeding and improving during these workshops.

For this reason, these workshops are not suitable for dogs:
  • Under one years of age
  • With existing injuries
  • Suffering with a chronic condition
In addition, all new clients must start at the beginner level, whether or not they have participated in fitness and conditioning with their dog before.
